1. Acceptance of Terms

By inputting a domain name and triggering a site audit, you represent that you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any portion of these provisions, you must immediately terminate use of our auditing service.

2. Usage License & Scope

We grant you a temporary, non-exclusive license to use the Site Auditor Pro web tool for examining link status codes, checking image format compression support, and verifying H1 heading structural syntax.

You agree not to utilize our bot or scraper tool to inspect websites for which you do not possess explicit administrative authority or general scanning permissions, or to intentionally overload targeted web servers.

3. Crawler Constraints

Our crawler enforces a safety limit of 50 crawled subpages per scan. Any attempt to modify client scripts to scan beyond this limit or deploy denial-of-service crawler payloads is strictly prohibited.

4. Service Limitations & Disclaimer

The audit reports and optimization recommendations are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the findings. Site Auditor Pro accepts no liability for errors in status code checks or image format identifications.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with standard international web safety frameworks, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles.
